Well just wanted to make my first post in the forum!
Hi everyone, my "name" is berty and I joined x10hosting to create a site for my rock group.

I just have a question: are mp3s or any other kind of sound format allowed to be uploaded? (we want to allow visitors to listen to parts of our songs.)

Otherwise, since you own the songs, and you are putting clips up, I don't see why not.

Hello and welcome to x10Hosting. Regarding your question, if the songs are your creations or if you own the rights to your songs, then yes you are allowed to upload them, otherwise not.

I had been in other free hosts, and they didn't allow mp3 files (when i tried to upload then via FTP it came up with an error). x10 is the best! :biggrin:

I already have my songs in my own voice at x10. It's working gr8 and without any problem. So you will not have any problem unless they are copied from other source and not your own creation.
