My cPanel works for me if I use a proxy, so that is figured out, but now:

Login Attempt Failed!

My username and password are 100%, positively correct, so what is the problem?

Is your IP blocked on the firewall? Contact an admin.
Edit:
Sometimes it might be your username is example not Example you must of typed it wrong.

It's working now, however my browser remembered my user name and pass so it was correct.
