High Resource Suspension

Hey there, I've been suspended once again for High Resources.
Last time I was told that this particular script xmlhttp.php in my MyBB forum seems to be causing the high resource usage. I don't really know what I can do if anything to lower how much resources I am using. I got rid of my forum chatbox as I thought that was contributing to the issue but it didn't seem to help.

The chatbox will definitely get you suspended. They are not allowed on X10 free hosting at all. I would recommend you ask the people MyBB how to lower your resource usage. They should know what settings cause problems.

In the meanwhile, I will ask a staff member to assist you in getting unsuspended.
