ok well ive never ever had this issue. but im running a website for my school to show pictures of events and stuff. www.carterjrotc.info and well everytime people try to upload pictures without using cpanel it suspends my account for resource usage... or is this something else cause i cant check processes or resource usage since it doesnt have the tools enabled in the free cpanel.
