I understand why these High Resource Usage limits are in place, and I am totally behind them, why should others suffer at the hands of the careless... but I'm getting suspended at really wierd times, and my RAW LOG data doesn't seem to indicate anything out of the ordinary (I'm finding it REALLY hard to read my RAW logs at the moment, it's just one long line of text.
My question is this... If someone with VERY little traffic and very low activity is getting suspended for high resource usage, it there any other way I can tell what may be causing the fault?
AND if I am working on my site (for an hour), go away for 15 mins (to make a coffee or something) then come back and I've been suspended, doesn't that seem a little sus to you guys, how can I work for an hour (uploading, editing posts etc.) then get suspended 15 minutes after going "offline"?
Asides from that guys, great service, I am thrilled to bits with what I have, I've never been with a host quite like yourselves. Keep up the good work, I hope we can resolve this issue I am having
