High resource usage suspension

I was suspended due to high resource usage, and i kinda have an idea what cuased this, i have a free magento installation and i think it caused this usage.
i hope you could unsuspend my account because i really have some recent work on the server that i havent backed up on my computer yet and it really is important to me to get that copy, and i guess ill have to find another way to work on my magento later.

there was this suspensioncode with it "SPND_RUSAGE3"

Hi mohTareg,

As this is your third warning, an account manager will have to unsuspended you manually. I will escalate this so a account manager may be able to assist you.
