High Server load!!

Hello!

At times, my site will be working fine.. but at other random times, like this morning, the server load jumps to 13.5, or something else like that, when I am the only one online, and barely moving around on my site, just uploading new modules and such. Is there anything I need to do to fix this? It makes navigating in the site painfully slow. I know other friends who have the same type of account (except without ads and with a lower bandwidth) and theirs are fast. Also, at some times, my HTTP or Exim will just go offline for a few minutes, this has happened nearly regularly. This is normal? And one more thing.. On my account management, it says I have used 0% of my monthly bandwidth allotment. I know I have been on and off it a good deal, and others have been playing around on it, so shouldn't it be at least a little higher?

Thats probably cause they cleared the bandwidth usage.

Also, its weird, i see about 8.5 server load usually during the morning! Then it goes down alot lower about 1 hour later.
