Why this happens often?
And please tell me what activity of mine is causing high server resource usage?

earlier it wasnt so, my activities are same...
then?

also if i get more visitors to my site,
will that also be regarded as high server usage?
Or please explain what high server resource usage is.

i think this is automatic suspension not by any moderator or manager...

Account Unsuspended. The "High Server Resource Usage" is an automatic suspension that is triggered by something on your account using too much CPU or Memory. However the suspension script is a bit sensitive at the moment because of the server maintenance.
