High server resource usage detected???

What does this mean by high server resource usage? All I did was log into the c panel and then tried to go into something else and it wouldn't let me and then I went and logged back into the main page for my acount and this came up. I don't get what this means. Please Help me! Thanx.

If a account is found to be using to much memory and cpu then a script suspends the account. The auto unsuspension time will increase till 60mins and then there after there is no auto unsuspension.
The script is a little sensitive at the moment and we are working on getting it tweaked.

Your account was suspended for high resource usage because a script used too much RAM / CPU for a prolonged period of time. If you keep getting suspended for this reason, try uninstalling any mods for forums / content management systems; as these are usallu the cause for it.
