High Server Resource Usage

I love x10hosting with it's speed, uptime, features, space, and support. However, I keep getting "high server usage" message every 5 hours or so. I have nothing that takes up a lot of resources. It was fine like a week ago, and i never gotten this message for months (I had 2 chatrooms this time). I tried removing the chat room, but that didn''t work. Also, I only have a small group (about 40) and they visit once a day or so. This is making me frustrated! Can you guys nicely tell me what's causing this?

I also noticed various people have the same issue.

The issue could be from many things. It could be from a badly coded script or mod that uses to many connections to DB's, execution time is to long, memory usage is to high, CPU usage is to high.
