high system resource usage

This is my 2 of 3 warning. I backup after major website updates (2-3 hours of work on my part) using Joomlapack (Backup utlity) and until yesterday always worked. It's a 3-5 min backup that packages my site.

Is there a fee I can pay or alternate to be able to continue my backups. I am willing to do them less often or ???

Any suggestions anyone?
