High System Resource Usage

Hello, I just noticed that my free account was suspended because of "high system resource usage". Actually, my site doesn't receive anything more than a few hits each day, not sure how this happened. I'll install plugins to cache and reduce the load off the machines.

I'm sincerely not sure how this happened because I hard get a few hits each day. Could you please unblock me? I have no access to cpanel whatsoever

For this suspension type, you can normally unsuspended yourself in the account panel under the 'hosting' tab; this time I've done so for you.
If this becomes a recurring problem in the future, you may consider upgrading to the Prime package, as this raises the limits that cause the resource usage suspensions.

Thanks lemon-tree. I appreciate the quick reply! Actually, I tried unsuspending myself, but the control panel said, I can't do it myself and i have to contact support.

I'll consider upgrading myself to the prime package. Do you accept anything apart from PayPal?

No, Paypal is the only approved method for Prime, sorry.
