is where i went yesterday, its a man made white water course and is currently englands national water sports centre for its huge regatta, but londond is building one also for the 2012 olympics so it wont be the national one anymore soon enough

anway, for anyoe who hasnt been there, dont D:

the water comes from the river trent and it makes you ill D:

i felt like crap las tnight when i got home towards the end of the night, veen after drinking coke like your supposed to, so i had 2 shots of pepto bismal (first time ive ever had the stuff and ew, smells gross but doesnt taste as bad)

i thought id share this with you all, i needed to post somthing to keep my site alive so here it is

I feel sorry for you. Thankfully I'm in Australia and thus will probably never go there.

But I feel your pain. hmm... Come to think of it. I don't think I've seen the light of day for 3 days... I'd better go out tomorrow. Considering it's valentines day tomorrow.
