Hello
my homepage is down and down and down , what can i do to my site work ????

i can`t see my site, i can`t go on ftp , i can`t login to cpanel .

what can i do ???????

Your site url still pointing to old IP of stoli. Wait till the staff look into issue. At this point the escalation is not working properly so can't escalate at the moment.
Only Option is to wait for a staff member

You may be able to view it by simply flushing your computer's DNS cache - here is the knowledgebase article with instructions: http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16

Give it a try and see if that takes care of the problem.
