Homepage maker Live supported?

Made an account here yesterday and will use it, but I'm wondering if Homepage Maker Live is supported and what I have to enter to get access.

I can connect via WS FTP Pro, but when I enter the same account details in the FTP client of HPM, I get an 'Login authentication failed' error message.

Just don't use the publishing feature of HPM, then. Since you have WS FTP, that can do far more than a limited publishing agent. You just have to be careful and keep your computer as the master comp.
Also, be more specific with the details of the error. (What did it say is most important)

Also, check to see it there is an FTP log for HPM and post it here.

If it only uses FTP then it should work, if you can login with your FTP client and it doesn't work there I would try asking them for help.
