Depending on how well the email system is working at a given time (there are often problems due to volume and abuse), it can -- but the email can't appear to be from the contact page user's email address. All mail sent from the x10Hosting Free Hosting servers must come from an email account that actually exists on the server. You (or, rather, your software) can use the "ReplyTo" header to make it easier to continue the conversation with the user, but the "From" always has to be an email account you own on your Free Hosting account.
