host address.....need help

hi evrybody, this is sant. I have registered(free) myself here. now can i upload any file in the root directory? if yes then how? I want to do it with CuteFTP8 professional version. what will be my host address, or ftp address?? I really got struck here. plz any body help help.

Use the following FTP Details:

Host: ftp.[DOMAIN NAME]
Username: [CPANEL USERNAME]@[DOMAIN NAME]
Password: [CPANEL PASSWORD]
Port: 21

Upload files to the 'public_html' folder if you want it to be publicly viewable.
