host always down

the FTP and the web page access is most of the time( 80% of the day) down
when it come back online its available for about 20 min and then down again for couples hours.

do something if not I will move host,

I was planning to get a pay package to increase everything on my account but with the many problem and host and website and ftp available issue I will move if you dont fix it

what server are you on emanhu and also have you tried flushing your DNS
