host another domain

Hello, I want to host a domain registered with another site (digitaldj.cz.cc) and I want to use it as my main domain. It shows i have two pending domain changes, they've been pending since last night. Do I have to point the nameservers to your site first? If so, what are they? Thanks in advance for your help.
