Could not connect to the database

I get this error when I try to access my forum http://kosjakorum.exofire.net/phpBB2/. On my account panel MySQL is Online. I was looking for answers on this forum but i could not find the needed one. Please help me with this trouble.

You should be connecting to mysql as "localhost" ..
