hosting a second domain

can i host another domain with same forum-user or should i create new user/account?

are there any language limitations per hosting?

You may only have one hosting account, period.

You can use the one hosting account with three add-on domains, giving you 4 different sites.

Bandwidth and disk space is going unmetered, so that should be no problem unless abused.

If you need more emails/databases you can buy the double everything package for $5 for the life of the account. (twice for 4X)
