Hosting Accnt Suspended for Inactivity ! Not able to Unsuspend it due to some error!

I have a account named vipul as username and sitehostaccnt@gmail.com as its email id!

The Account associated with this id is suspended due to inactivity from past few days :frown: and i m not able to send the unsuspension request coz of some error.

It says Error:Unable to process ur request at this time.


Plz mods can u kindly unsuspend my account from your side! as am not able to do so

The timeframe to request a restore of your account has passed after the server moves. We have since deleted these backups.
You will need to create another account.

But can i add the same site to another account

I had tried the same but it says cannot add :|

Plz help me ! atleast delete all the records associated with this account the addon domains and all

So that i can add the same site on the same hosting with another account :frown:
