Hosting account and email confirmation problem

Hi,\r\n\r\nI have been trying to confirm my email to get the hosting account going. However, it says that the email is already in use. Not sure what went wrong here, but I did try to confirm the email and there seems to be a glitch.\r\n\r\nPlease let me know if there is a way to fix this.\r\n\r\nThanks.
