Hosting account did no initiate

Hi,\r\nI signed up for free hosting account but after logging in I found my hosting account did not initiate. It gives me an option to re-open account, which I already opened. (I copied and paseted wording down below)\r\nPlease help to open an account.\r\nThank you,\r\nDmitriy R. \r\nWells, Maine\r\n\r\n\\\"Woah!
