Hosting account disappeared

I had a hosting account that was suspended due to forum inactivity. When I attempted to apply for unsuspension, I constantly recieved an error message. My request never went through. Now, my account has disappeared altogether. What can I do to restore it? Do I need to create a new account?

My site was previously hosted on the Cossacks server. Does the switch of servers have anything to do with my hosting account disappearing?

It appears that your hosting account has been terminated. The server move shouldn't have immediately affected the termination of your account.
