Hosting account doesnt exist

So i been away for some time and havent logged in to my account for 2-3 month and now when i do it says it doesn't exist and that i should sign up for a new one. when i try to sign up again it tell me my email is associated already to an account, so my question is how to do get my old account back?

Clear your browser cache and history. Close the browser. Open browser. Check site.
If that doesn't work, try flushing your DNS.

Hello thecomputertips159, it sounds like your account had been removed due to inactivity. You should be able to sign into https://x10hosting.com using your existing email address. Once you've signed in you'll be prompted to register a new account.
