Hosting account hasn't been created

I signed up for a free hosing account confirmed the link sent to my email it has been over 24 hours and the hosting account has not been created yet what is wrong?? Can someone help me understand what I am missing!!

Hi, the systems are having a few issues at the moment. As far as I know, admins are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.
