Hosting Account Main Domain Modification (problem)

I requester my main domain change from ***.x10.mx to ***.co.cc and now I can't access my site.
Why can't i access my site on this address: project23.co.cc?
How do I upload my files on this new address? I tried with username and password on named address but it just doesn't connect at all. It just says "Could not connect to server.".

project23.co.cc isn't registered at co.cc yet. Please go to co.cc and register that domain, and then set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com After that, it may take up to 48 hours for the domain to propagate.

I'm using FileZilla.
