Hosting Account not available

For couple of days I was unable to login in my account panel, also my hosted site was not opening. I could only login to mu forum account. How can I retrieve my hosting account ? Please help.

What error you got when you try to login on Account Panel??

Also make sure you are trying to login with forums username and password.

Also post your website URL.
