Hosting Account Not Created

I requested a hosting account during the server updates and it keep on saying it was pending, but today when I log into my account manager it only shows my forum account and not the hosting account request.

The processing of new accounts has been suspended. You should not sign up again! Your account is in the queue (if you have confirmed the email) and will be created once processing is restarted. You should receive an email once your account is created. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
