Understandably, my hosting account appears to have been permanently deleted as I haven't signed in for a while. However, I am very concerned that, as a result of such deletion, I have lost all of the files stored in my public_html folder. I do have a backup - but this backup was taken months before my account was deleted, thus any new files and directories that I created/uploaded between the two times have been deleted with my account.
I was wondering if there's any possibility that any of my old hosting account's files have been saved in something like an 'x10hosting backup server' at all? Is there any way to retrieve them?
I'm learning and experimenting with codes all the time (i.e. I'm a beginner) and more or less each file I had in my public_html folder represents a new achievement for me, so loosing them means I've lost hours worth of research, tests and final successful scripts.
