Hosting account problems...

Since the migration to starka server (from lotus) i can't login to my cpanel. I have changed my password manytimes but always says me "Login Attempt Failed!" at cpanel login page. My account is unsuspended but the suspended page still here. Previous to migration i was suspended a few times (always for inactivity) but this never happened.

Problem: JM shows unsuspended, but going to domain URL gives x10 Suspension Page. Also, repeated attempts to reset cPanel password do not seem to work. Can someone on Staff reset it and email/PM him the new one?
