Hosting Account Problems

My hosting account is confirmed but still when I go to getconnect.x10.mx, it leads to hosting.x10hosting.com. I don't know why. When I installed oxwall with the help of Softaculous, all files were installed on server, but still cpanel is saying that i am using 0.1 mb out of unlimited mb whereas oxwall is of 14 mb. please help me.

Right now I'm getting a page with "500 Internal Server Error" in it.
To rectify the "name-resolving" issue ;just clear your browser cache with all the tabs closed and flush your DNS records.
Usually, Error 500 is caused by faulty permissions and/or an erroneous .htaccess
Make sure that the permissions of folder and files inside public_html are 0755 and 0644 respectively.
Also, if there are url rewrite rules, add RewriteBase / at the top in your parent .htaccess
