Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

Thanks for the reply. However, isn't my user name "Tagle" falls under the condition just fine?

yeah it is just fine...

Try again if got error again then try all lower-case letters =---> tagle

hmm.. I have had no luck yet. My user name is actually all lower case but still getting same error.
Should I try to create a new account? in this case I will have to set up a new mail address.
Although I couldn't find it, but is there anyway to change my user name?
