Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code 0899F926)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

My User name is "itunes", there are only alphabetic characters, and I can't see nowhere to change it so that I can try another one to see if it works!

Go sign into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, then click on cancel attempt. Without logging out, go try to sign up again for a Hosting account.
