Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

Go log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. After clicking on Hosting at the top, click on cancel attempt. Don't log out. Then go try to sign up again. Remember that your user name can only have numbers and letters.
