Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

Please try canceling the sign up attempt in your account panel and try signing up again. Starting the process over seems to work well. Remember to only use alphabetic and numeric characters in your username.
