Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of a "system error." I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error code provided is: 5227DEDB

Please igrone this error, your hosting account is already created. View information of your account:

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The main screen is now showing one active account as you said, however clicking details results in the error again.
Any ideas?

For the first screenshot, please go and click on cancel attempt. After that, click on hosting details and let us know if that works.
