Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username albedaia is already in use.

The error code provided is: 68EC7B4A

You already have this hosting account created since 2 days ago with that username. It looks like you were able to access it already because you updated the main domain. Also, you need to go log in at co.cc and change the nameservers of your domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
