Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.
I have successfully created an account using the AugustCo username, and i am happy to say it is working perfectly. However, the request must have been duplicated when it was entered because it says that the process failed "because the username already exists". I just wouldnt want to get kicked out for 'attempting to create multiple accounts under the same name' (which i'm sure spammers might try to do), so if you could clear up the failed attempt it would be much appreciated =]..
