Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username augustco is already in use.

The error code provided is: 6F849480

The error is as it says. There is already a hosting account with that name in use. Have you in the past created a hosting account with this cPanel username?
