Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the word test.

The error code provided is: B894E3C5

Remove the word test from username and password. Then try again.
