Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed, as I've already changed my password and make it 16 characters in length. I'd really like to be able to get into my account so I can start transferring files onto the server so I can get them off of angelfire.com servers which screw up my webpage with all their ads.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

Cancel the current signup attempt, change your password according to this

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

Then signup for a hosting account again.
