Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code C0D0B733)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

The error code provided is: C0D0B733

Cancel your signup and signup again making sure that the password you supply is between 1 and 16 characters in length.

I have filled in a Signup logged out which allows me to change password but refuses to Signup due to email already in use and have also logged in which allows me to Signup without password change due to cPanel password as default which is current password.

Did you cancel your previous signup before trying to signup again? This step is necessary to correct the error you are experiencing.

Please can you fix the password changer as I can't change my password so it is within 16 characters, X10Hosting can also extend the allowed characters limit to 18+ to permit my password for usage and grant me free hosting.
