Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username icf1688 is already in use.

Which is funky cause I checked another account a few minutes ago - it actually created and linked to his account just fine; it did create, from what I can tell. Is it possible it's actually in there twice - one that went through, and then one that failed?
