Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names cannot contain the word test.

The error code provided is: C665A365

Go to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then click on cancel attempt. After that, then go try and sign up again. Remember to leave out the word test out of the user name you choose.
