Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

The error code provided is: D725D536

Try to sign up again. There are many users that had problems like this, but they were able to try again and succeed in getting the accounts created. Remember to leave your username out of the password you choose.

Also, please refrain from posting multiple threads with your same current problem. Your other thread was answered already before I answered this one.
