Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code D725D536)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

I have already changed the password where it does not have my username in it. Thanks

Go to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, log in, click on Hosting at the top, and then click on cancel attempt. Stay logged in, and then go straight to try to sign up again for a hosting account.

Hi. Thanks for the fast replies.
Ya I cancelled the previous attempt. and jsut recreated a new acct. now I am in.
guess I can't cancel this support ticket. anyways Will now try this site. With a new proper password too.
