Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe I qualify for a hosting account space upgrade.

I suppose I have a legitimate use for lots of disk space, as I meet the four requirements published here: https://community.x10hosting.com/th...-unlimited-disk-quota-learn-more-here.173837/. As far as I know, my account is in compliance with the Terms of Service as well.

Pardon for a silly question, but did I put the request in the right place? Or perhaps I should've put it somewhere else?

It's in the right place, but it needs to be reviewed by somebody who has sufficient access to the servers to determine whether or not you actually meet the criteria and are operating within the terms of service and acceptable use policy. Most of the community support volunteers are just users with very slightly elevated access; we can't check the file system or logs.
