On Cpanel my account shows 34% space used. Not quite half, but when I load a large number of files, it shows a higher percentage and approximately 430 MB. The web site works fine for a few hours or a day, then I am denied access to the web site. When I delete some files, the web site becomes accessible again.

Is this a question of using too much space? If so, please increase the capacity. If it is a question of the type of files, I offer this description: The files are called "bulletin archives", but they are files that are linked to a main page, and are actively used by members of the organization which the web site serves.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Felix Kryzanowski

The two may be coincidental, but the one does not cause the other.

When you run out of space, you simply will not be allowed to upload more - you have to be right at the limit to affect performance at all, and that's only if you are using a script that has to write to the server in order to work. You would get errors telling you, for instance, that session_start() failed.

When you upload files that would be a problem (that the system could identify by itself), your account would be automatically suspended and you would lose the ability to access your account to delete the files in question.

You are sharing a server with a lot (thousands) of other accounts, not all of which play nice in the sandbox all of the time. Sometimes the server is simply too busy. Sometimes somebody else has made a mistake in their code that fills up all of the shared disk space or something similar. And sometimes people just do nasty things deliberately that cause problems for everybody.
